SNOW FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Well when we moved up here we were told about the rain and I was ok with that. Then I was told it dosen't get that cold (22-29 has been the high for about the last week! Then I was told it didn't snow in Bellevue it was to close to the water, well it is 4:30 it has been snowing all day and there was about 3 inches when we got up this morning!! It has been really cool to see that much snow I just hope it stays till Christmas. I'm sure you all know Danny so of course when he saw all that snow the fist thing he wanted to do was drive the durmax in it so off we went. There were so many cars that had slid off the road, it was crazy so we went home!

Since we were stuck home anyway we thought why not take family pic. What better place than you guessed it in the snow! Here are a few random ones in no special order.

We almost lost the dog in the snow a few times but she moved and we found her.

This is Brett before his dad threw him in the snow in shorts and no shoes he didn't really like that at all.

What can I say about this one it pretty much speaks for its self.


He was good till he was getting pulled behind the truck on the sled and got curb checked!

Ashley is trying to make a snowman but it's not working the way she wants it to.

Just a little video of the kids on a tupperware lid ok so were just a little redneck!!!! It did work kind of.

Our new puppy!!!!!

Well as you can all see I wanted puppy and well I always get what I want! We named her Princess and she is living up to her name. The best part is she sleeps in our room in her bed but she gets up in the night and Dan yes I said Dan gets up with her!!! Pay back for sleeping through all the kids when they got me up all night. The kids were so happy I don't even think they cared when we told them she is their christmas present!!!

She didn't really mind the sled quite as much as peekaboo!!!

DISNEY LAND

i decided to do a blog on our trip to disneyland we took a couple of months ago.

don't we all wish we had one of these in the back yard. i took this picture of dawnee and the kids while waiting inline for the nemo ride. (p.s. there are alot of pictures of us waiting inline, just a heads up)

this is ashley trying to push brett down the well infront of michey's house, i know i know how cute.

this picture was taken on the space mountain ride. i decided to blow up the faces, especially my daughters, not quite sure if you can see the fear in her eyes, but she did have me next to her to keep her safe.

this is braden driving one of the go carts, he just has that look like he is about to do something bad, not quite sure what but he had me worried, everything turned out allright thank goodness.

i told the kids they could pick out there own disney hats, i think they did pretty good especially the one on the left. i am so proud of him

ya i don't think that hat will be coming home with us. sorry

i told her the key's were under the cover of the piano, she never listens to me.

Just another weekend in Washington

we decided to take a drive just west of us through STEVENS PASS, this picture was taken just after i recieved my first speeding ticket in seattle. Suprisingley i forced a smile between bad mouthing the officer.

This picture was taken the following weekend. I took the family out to cut firewood in a place called snohomish, on the way back i stopped after seeing this river, not quite sure the name of it but we hiked down to it.

this picture was taken at the bottom of some rapids that we hiked up to, you can't really see them but you can see the mist in the background.

while we were hiking up to the rapids the boy's found a rock formation someone made. my kids aren't that tallented sorry.

brett found this little cave and decided he would try and look cool sitting in it. i know i know i told him it did not work either.

the following day we took the kids down town to the Seattle Waterfront. You can walk down and see the boats coming in along with the big cruise ships, they have a bunch of little shops and sculpters along the way like this one. not quite sure what it is but the kids jumped up on it so i took the picture.

this was a cool water feature that was on the waterfront.

i know i told him the bird wasn't real but he insisted on feeding it.

I told you my kids werent the only clowns up here, especially the one pointing.

i don't even know what to say but he never let's me down

ashley wanted to look at the boats coming in and brett was kind enough to lend a hand or should i say his back, i know he doesn't look comfortable but i only made him do it long enough for ashley to see the boat's (approximately 15 min.)
